What’s Ella’s Evolution
Ella’s evolution is a independent business set up by myself. Which is going to make your dreams come true! Because at Ella’s evolution our 100% goal is getting you to where you want to be, but not only that I am on a mission to change the way you think about exercise and food! Mission number 2 try make this happen to as many people as I can! I have always had a love for fitness and for helping people. That’s why I choose to be that person to help you achieve your goals! And change your life forever....
Why did I start?
The very first day I started training my first client (willing Guinea pig friend). The effect I had on him just from believing in him... it’s more than a job it’s a honour. Anyway days, weeks went by he got fitter, stronger, improved mental health, more determined and believed he could that little bit more and more. 3 months down the line he was a changed man! 16 stone to 12.5stone double the strength, double the confidence, triple the can achieve anything attitude. And best of all he enjoyed going to the gym!
But what was next?
I wanted more know! I knew I could change people’s life’s for the better! I Wanted to feel that feeling inside again ( your child went and achieved what ever they wanted most - proud mum ) only way I can describe it. So I started looking for personal trainer jobs while I finished my personal trainer level 3, I came across David Lloyd Southend. And I got it! I’ve spent the last year plus living my dream changing lives, but I wanted to Do more! So went and completed a sports massage course and started doing home visits sports massages. This lead me really liking working for myself! I got to set the priorities, no more budgets targets figures, just one mission help as many people as I can! So I set out to look for how I could make personal training the same! I found pure gym maldon, after prob spend 80% of my interview asking them how they run, how much care for the members they have how I would fit in I was happy. And accepted to work self employed for them. With also buying a house with massage room i was all set. And here we are ella’s Evolution has expanded to maldon!
